  Awesome customer service. I went to several other parts stores before o'reilly, the other stores were rude and very unhelpful. The guys at o'reilly took the time to really help despite the fact they were extremely busy.

  Love this store I'm a first time shopper at this location. I came in for an alternator check and battery check, Rin check them all come to find out alternator is junk but they didn't have correct one in stock. So we put a bigger one on made it 200 miles stated having issues so I called the store and shannon helped me this time. She called up to the next store and got everything set up for me to bring in bad alternator and switch it out, then made it to cali and on the way back had the same issue so called and taler to shannon again and she went above and beyond to get me the correct alternator by ordering it and having them get it to the closest oreilly that I was near. So I owe Rin shannon and Elizabeth dinner some day I come back out thanks for all the help.
